I havent replace an s2k key before, but i have replaced an immobilizer key for an Honda Accord. In my opinion it is kinda pricey. $3-4(normal key) vs $35-40 (immobilizer key).

i just contact two local honda dealer...

2005 model (ap2)

40.xx/45.64 (basic black key)
152.58/202.xx for an S2K key (shown above/fancy key)
42.50/45.00 Progamming
