Default koni yellow perch height difference

so i've searched and come up with 3 different answers.

1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch difference between the upper and lower perch, which is it?

i'm currently on prokits and stock struts and want a lower drop and the benefits of a sport strut that better matches the springs (vs oem).

i am on stock shocks and H&R springs, i have Koni Yellows and Skunk 2s that i am about to put on. But my tires all ready rub. my fronts are 235/17 and rears are 265/17. If i go to the lower perch and i going to be scrapping the ground?

forget scraping the ground, i doubt prokit have high enough springrate to keep the damper from smashing bumpstop.

too low, not enough springrate=bottom out
