Wow, bitch much? Did I say anything about doing it for investment? I ask if he had a house because a garage is a great "mod" as in you can rip the car apart, leave it apart, take time to do things right, and it is useful for every car.

I could have been a prick and said "search" or "you're the reason our economy is based on debt blah blah blah".

Please tell me where you see financial advice in my post? Isn't telling someone how to spend $10,000 "financial advice".

Get real.

To the OP, Mase is taking preorders for his turbo kit. $6500, and you will need a new clutch and tuning. That leaves enough for some other goodies like exhaust, tb, cams, head gasket, etc if you want.
well yeah...you did. see your post where it says "best investment is..."

he's on a car forum in a modification section asking how to spend money, just help the guy out with his question like you eventually did in the second post.

Investment has meanings other than "financial investment"

A turbo is the best investment for someone looking to make large amounts of horsepower, do you consider that financial advice?

ANYWAY, OP, a good turbo kit, clutch, tune can easily get close to 10gs, but you you will be making 500-700whp, maybe more.

Head over to FI and let them people spend the money for you. I heard they are really good at that.

alright buddy...you kind of backed yourself into a corner so i'll step out to hopefully let you save some face and save this guys thread.

you did use the words "investment, house, down payment, and tax credit all in one sentence though". haha!

good luck with your goals OP. crackerballer and i can at least agree on something though: i think the mase setup is a good choice, but i would still spend some time over in the FI section and really search for what works best for you.

Yea I'm not bashing you Hero, I know I have PM'd you in the past saying thanks on some info you made public. I just don't understand why you jumped on me. And I don't feel backed into a corner, but maybe I'm the only one who gets a semi by the thought of a nice 2 or 3 car garage with a plethora of tools and space to rip cars apart.

Ok, I'm done with this thread, hopefully the OP is in the FI section right now pre ordering his mase kit.

Hero, no harm no foul.

Lol i do have a house and a garage... I actually have a ceramic clutch and lightweight flywheel in it already. Thanks for the input guys ill head over to FI. Later... BTW anyone know how safe running boost is on stock internals for the f22? The compression ratio is so high. I dont wanna spend all that money to blow up my engine...

it's really safe actually a lot of guys do it. i was one, I am now building the motor not because i blew it up but because i wantted more. I have only spent 5 grand and i am over 500 hp. which is a lot. I pieced together my turbo kit. and am not building a motor. so i should be well over 500. hit me up if you have any questions. I would head over to forced induction. but i wouldn't post this up there. just look around see what kits makeing what power. you really need to decide on how much power you want. and go from there.

Go with the inline pro engine and that gives you the power than you want. Before that, make sure the car can handle and stop.

Just my 0.2 cents

Since you already have suspension (assuming coilovers), I'd say pick an inline pro kit, tune it, and get some wider wheels to grip the power. I wish I have 10k to blow on my car

Just do research. I know s2ki isn't the only source of knowledge, but if your user information is correct, today is your first day being a member. Look around and do some searching and you will find what you need!
