The 60RS has just about zero drone. The T1R 70R-EM has slightly more but nothing serious like most single exhausts. My 70R-EM Ti is for sale by the way.

I can vouch for the T1R 70EM Ti - wonderful exhaust. Sold mine though, a little too tame for me

JL9000 - good luck selling, its a small market out there for these kinds of parts.

I'm in the same boat as you man. I would have loved a Ti exhaust but I can't afford dropping over a grand on it. So I bought a used Tanabe Concept G for 5 bills and I love it (just a dual kinda guy).
