I've used many different weight flywheels over the years.the factory ap1 flywheels are rather light in comparison to other Honda's and an upgrade for the ap2s. I'm running a 7.5lb flywheel.the throttle response is much nicer especially paired with my bigger throttle body.also one downside for most is when shifting the rpms drop a lot faster then before. So in essence have to relearn their car.part of that fellas advice wasn't terrible.the going thru a driving school.not only to better yourself but let u get to know your car on a deeper level and on a safer environment however he had to be a toolbag about it...anyway.I used to love my prelude with an 11lb flywheel.for the ap1 at a stock 14-15lb flywheel the 11 isn't so noticeable but piece of mind if they make an 11 lol. Hope I answered your question any others I'm game to answer

Whut grammer be...like I duzt knouw..... lol thanks for noticing guy.we enjoy not being graded for our work outside of school...haven't been to school in years since I got my degrees.some bad grammar on a forum isn't something that has to be pointed out because you need something to say to make yourself feel better lol.but it's cool cause I've called some people out when they get to where you cannot read the stuff .but what is here isn't that bad.

Um and for the flywheel it depends on you and what your comfortable with.what is your previous driving styles and experiences. How long have u been driving and what kind of cars with what mods previously.
