Default Plastic to glass soft top

Alright so today I started the entire frame conversion And so far I have a few questions, where do I attach the straps for glass and also when I was putting things back together the roll bar covers don't snap back together and keep opening anyone know what to do? Also if theirs any good guide please put up links, Thanks for looking

ouch. roll bar covers arent supposed to come off. You gotta glue em back. I knew they would stay apart but I took it apart cuz it was easier - I got them to stick with superglue/JBWeld.

you need two types of straps to convert palstic to glass: Nylon straps from the 2nd bow to the car and from the first to 2nd bow (elastic, under the velcro cover thing). theres a nice write up, but I dont have the link to it anymore - probably in Under The Hood DIY

I have the glass frame but I just need to know where the strap goes, I know it's back by the metal part I just don't know which of the nuts I have to put it to

The straps go in between the metal brace and the rain rail on the second stud from the front on each side.
