Plastic to glass soft top,

Default Plastic to glass soft top,

Alright so today I started the entire frame conversion And so far I have a few questions, where do I attach the straps for glass and also when I was putting things back together the roll bar covers don't snap back together and keep opening anyone know what to do? Also if theirs any good guide please put up links, Thanks for looking

The plastic roll hoops are a pain in the butt to keep together after you pry them apart. You're going to have to use a strong adhesive to put them together.

As far as the straps go they go on the 'sidewall' of the soft top. Kinda near the upper seat belt bolt. I believe it needs to be riveted down. It's a bitch and I just ended up changing the frame, top and motor to save the headache.

you'll probably end up having to replace your roll hoops now, and lucky for you, it just so happens I have a set =]

Once they come apart you cant really put them back together. You could always try and use an adhesive like the poster above said but my buddy messed up his and used some dope ass adhesive from a body shop and it didnt work too well. Plus, when you go to open yourtop in time it will eventually catch and seperate again
