Default Please help with locks issue....

Hi everyone,

I bought a year 2000 s2k back in September, did a couple of things to it... Plan to do more things now with the good weather...
It came with 1 key and no remotes...
I made another key at the dealer and got the factory stereo code...
I then started investigating for keyless entry and found out all s2k have at least keyless entry...
Mine didnt have the alarm so I purchased the factory alarm and a used driver actuator and a new china passenger actuator...
I changed the actuators and installed the alarm from manual, changed horrible factory blown speakers for some kenwoods (stereo+modifry+tweeters+sub are next)
My passenger doorlocks never locked when I would unlock lock driver door with key or from inside, I would have to reach over and lock unlock always...
Now I have everything installed and when I went to program the 1st remote as soon as I finished the 3x lock on pos, I heard the passenger doorlock actuator seemed to be trying to lock and unlock but with fatigue, over and over again so I quickly disconnected the bat...
I left it like that before the winter and now want to get it fixed and use the expensive alarm I installed...

Detailes that might help, both doors lock and unlock with key and tab from inside... I changed the keyless module when I installed the alarm for a used unit off of ebay also to see if that was dead maybe...

I dont think any rods are stuck because all movements work from inside and out on both doors...

I dont know what to buy and change to get things working again...

If anybody has any idea please help so I can enjoy my s2k like it was intended to...
Im pretty knowledgeable, I am going to change to ap2 retainers, keepers, ballade sprocket, UR pulleys, and ballade TB by myself...

Thanks

Are pressing Unlock twice to unlock the doors? Press press. I read here the drivers door has to be unlocked for the passenger door to remotely unlock and if you diddled with the drivers door actuator you may have disabled a sensor. A guess.
