What you need is a little bit of electronics knowledge, and something called a relay.

The relay attaches somewhere on your headlight circuit, and when the headlight circuit is on, allows current to flow through a second circuit which is connected to the sidemarkers.

You'd have to get clever with some diodes to get them working as turn signals again, though.

Don't you just have to extend the power wire and splice into the headlight power?

I would think just hook up wires into the parking lights. so when you turn the parking lights on they light up. but you will lose blinker in them.
hell just shave them off there not needed in the USA
