Really?!?! I was never told that... How exactly do you adjust it??? Is that what alot of other owners had to do?? Only asking because I've never heard that brought up. Thanks for the input.

Sorry. I now remember that I did have to adjust my hood latch. Its been a while since I installed it.

There is no cutting of the hood required. Like jdmgpw04 said, you have to adjust the hood latch. Contact Pwjdm and they will tell you how to adjust it, or search for "adjust hood latch".

Once adjusted, you let the hood rest on it and just push it to close.

The fitment of the Pwjdm intake is really good, there is just some adjusting to do, like most intakes.

i just adjusted the crap out of mine until it fit...i only have a very slight bit of scratching on it.....oh, and i had to do a little custom bending to the brackets to get the snorkel to sit right....
