Default Question about HardTopGuy Splash Shields

I tore my splash shield. All I've found so far is the hard top guy AP1 to AP2 retro shield that goes with the AP2 conversion. Is this an AP2 splash shield or is it modified somehow? I just need an OEM splash shield for my AP2. If anyone knows, please share. Thanks!

Also, while I'm at it, is the AP2 retro bumper just an OEM AP2 bumper?

What do you mean by splash shield? You mean the side strakes that hang in front of the rear wheels?

It is modified to fit the ap2 bumper on an ap1 b/c the mounting tabs on the ap1 bumper are different.

the retro stands for retrofitted which means to put something new onto old so to answer it is a standard ap2 bumper that is being retrofitted onto an ap1...no difference in bumpers

I didn't realize that this is the splash shield. For the longest time I was tryign to figure out what this "splash shield" thing is. Anyway ... no ... I don't think it'll fit your AP2.

Now I'm confused, I just went to a few online Honda parts websites, and it says the splash shields are somewhere in the range of $40-$50 (no pic so I can't confirm it's the right part) but HTG's is like $160. Is it because it's modified?

...time to visit the dealer and scribble down P/N's
