Default rear lower strut brace

Does anyone have a photos of a fitted rear lower strut brace? I can only find front strut brace photos.

though technically is it a strut brace? I may be incorrect on its name but I'm sure you know what i'm on about!

The rear lower brace is not a strut brace. Just a lower rear tie bar for looks only as there is one there already.

You can get a rear strut brace if you would like but it is not visible and there is one there already as well so no point in that other than to say you have one.

GP Fab makes one for $40. Buy that one if you want a new one. Its alittle beefier that the oem one with is a pretty thin piece of metal. I have looked at the beaks ones but I am worried I would destroy it going over a bump or something since it hangs lower.

As thin as it is... it's pretty strong. I've had an off track excursion and that piece got hit by some decent size rocks at a good pace. held up, with only bending a little. A hammer whack and all was better.

Only reason ever to replace it is so you can tell people you have a shiny one.

Yeah I can see if someone is really low or something it could get messed up more. Its nothing I would spend alot of money upgrading because your probably just adding weight and not function. Money is better spent on something else.

i hardly think the increased weight of something so small would make any significant difference short-term or long-term. replace it if you want something shiney.
