removed side emblems

I ended up using my thumbnail to scrape it all off, which sucks since I bite my nails. The H emblems only took maybe 10 minutes each? S2000 ones... 
Replaced the H badges with the black CTR ones, and replaced the S2000 emblems with the CR black chrome.
