I received my license plate holder from them a couple weeks ago. So I would say yes.

I also had sent them an e-mail in regards to my issue with the custom S badges on 12/28 just sent another message yesterday. Still no response.

Yes you are definitely the exception. I wonder if possibly your messages have not gotten through...or maybe you swore at them
