Default S2000 Car Cover

I am looking for some advice on the best way to protect my S2000 outside. Unfortunately I don't have access to a garage. I was curious to whether or not the OEM cover is an all weather cover. What do you recommend for an all weather cover? What are the cons of using a car cover daily? I am currently living in Cheyenne, Wyoming and we are entering winter soon. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

I have a car cover I bought at wally world, but its just a water resistant one, not actually water proof. Just look online for a universal all weather waterproof car cover. Might be kinda expensive for a nice one, but it will be well worth it if you dont have any other way to protect your s2k.
