Thanks guys, I'll try get hold of him and ask him exactly what he's referring to.

When it comes to 'chipping' - I'm clueless.

Found some information on the forum using the search function

Anyways - thanks guys. Off to do an advanced driving course tomorrow - which includes some track play, and skid pad play.
