I'm not sure if they made it for the newer version. The seats from 00-05 the ones with the hole at the headrest did they stop making them for the 06+. Because a local is selling the seats with the holes at the headrest and he says it came from a 2007. I thought they replaced the style on the 2006. I own a 06 but my driver seat is torn up at the bottom and I like the older style much better then the ones I have.

Does all s2000 seats fit the same? I went to check out the 04-05 version the owner that was selling said the driver fits perfect but on his 07 the 05 seats only would lock on one side (passenger door side) so the one near the tranmission was left unscrewed because the rail was to short. I own a 2006 is it cause the newer s2000 2006+ have that bump on the passenger side. Thats why the older seats wont fit? any suggestions on how to make the older style seats fit on the 06

 

You would have to swap your 06+ passenger rail to the older seat. The rail also has extra air bag sensors that the older seats didn't have.

 

Does the new rail fit perfectly on the old seats. This is a wild idea but is it possible to swap the 2005 top incline part with my 2006 bottom to make it into one. My passenger cushion is perfect but my driver is torn up. Was thinking of keeping my bottom cushion and buy the 05 seats and just replace the top part(incline) would that work.
