No. Most test pipes come with a O2 sensor spacer. A lot of people here are running test pipes. AP1 & AP2s.

It is worth mentioning that some cars will still through the cel even with the cel fix. It is not 100%. I had an invidia test pipe and it still had a cel. Switched to the berk with their cel fix and never had a cel. So I recommend the berk test pipe because it worked best for me. But it does not mean it will be gaurenteed to work for you. It's a risk you take. Pretty easy to clear the cel though. Just narrow a reader from a local parts store and clear it.

No. This is what I was talking about. This screws into the test pipe, and the O2 sensor screws into this. This is the spacer.

What? The sensor screws into the cat and yes of coarse it has some wires running to it. The berk test pipe has something like the above picture built in that the sensor screws into. This helps the cel not come on.

I've had issues with invidia cel fix, no issues with berk on the other hand

Ditto on the invidia cel fix. I had to use a spark plug defouler on top of teh adapter to get my CEL to go away. Been good for 2 years now.

To the OP, a TP is just a pipe. When you go to install, you will see where second bank O2 sensor is screwed into the cat. You will unscrew it an unbolt the cat. Then you screw the sensor back on the TP and bolt the TP in place with a new gasket. Highly recommend having a spark plug defouler on hand to add to whatever CEL fix you get from the TP you buy. It really is a simple project - the effort comes in unbolting the cat as it can require alot of elbow grease and liquid wrench.
