Default Is it safe?

Greeting guys I'm new to this whole forum stuff but would love some advice from you guys.

So I recently purchased a 2005 s2000 here's my question is it safe to run the car without a tune with just a intake test pipe and exhaust? And if I do need a tune which EMS do you guys prefer? Any advice will help thanks guys.

You'll be fine
If you do decide to do an EMS the Hondata KPro is the way to go, it gives you full use of the OBDII. It's pricey but if you live in a state like NY it's the only one that'll let you pass inspection
