Shorter Shifter
if going for a shorter shifter a countersunk knob is best as what the majority of us do, a shorter shifter is not a short-throw shifter, as the short-throw changes the pivot point and requires less actual movement, moddiction sells both, so whatever you decide will work out for you.
I have an axial flow with Cr knob. I have the inside scoop axial flow is still being made they are testing right now Well maybe on hold for a little bit but very soon. I have one of the proto types. NO BUZZ.. also reuses the stock shift rubber thing.
The key question is, why do you want the shifter to sit lower?
I have both the AxialFlow and the Moddiction with a lot of "seat time" for both, as well as 10 different shift knobs. Depending on your answer, I might be able to point you in the right direction.
