Is it easy to make the sidemarkers stay on when your lights are on but also have them blink when need to? Kind of like the Acura TL sidemarkers function. Is it hard to do or a matter of cutting simple wires?

Harder than just cutting wires. You would need to wire the lights to come on with headlights then put in a relay for the blinker. It's been discussed before in the electronics section.
