So far I don't even know a good place to buy a good soft top. I might just replace the canvas from an Upholstery place in the city

 

i bought mine from ebay shipped at 400 dallas! its the same as OEM and glass window and it was cheapest ever. I recomend that IF your doing that but...soft top to buy and install is like 800 cause installing will be about 400 for a good deal too...pay 1200 more and you never have to change it and its 5 min of work for two people to take ht off.. roll the dice to choose. Make choices and dont look back. learn from mistakes. but these mistakes are expensive when they involve money pits haha AKA S2K!

do that first but if you get more holes or leaks then get a ht. keep saving till then. try not too put the ST down too much sense its time to change it

 

I found out it costs $2,344 for install and new soft top.

for a soft top go to topsonline.com cost is between 451-867 based on which brand and color you want. i have seen both the easy on and the robbins brands and there have been no complaints with either. you will just have to find a shop to install it.

but my opinion is hardtop FTW i have never taken mine off for over three years- i don't like convertibles. stay away from chaser aero hardtops- horrible fitment.

 

Whoever told you $2300 for a soft top was on crack. The going rate is half that amount. I was quoted anywhere from $900-1400 depending on glass or plastic window and cloth or vinyl fabric. All quotes included install. $2300 is hardtop money

I'll have to get back to you on that, going to find out now and maybe find out the brand of the soft top as well
