Spoon Rigid Collars: alignment needed?

It depends how much your subframe has shifted. Prior to doing rigid collars (not Spoon, currently working with a manufacturer to bring them into production), I was -2.8 camber on one side, -2 on the other. Centering it would result in a fairly large change to camber and toe.
