Default Spoon Strut Bar Fitament Question

I am looking into purchasing a Spoon Strut bar, and have read differing posts regarding this, but will a Spoon Strut Bar fit without rubbing into a vehicle that has an AEM V2 intake installed? I want to make sure before I buy.

Thanks

I don't think it would rub, usually people are concerned with the 4 point STB rubbing with intakes.

I have read conflicting reports of them rubbing with their conventional 2 post set-up. Here's a pic I found and they said it cleared, and other say it doesn't and I know the V2 intake has a bit larger diameter piping...

Ahh never knew that. In that picture it does look like it rubs. I don't see a "problem" with the intake rubbing though. Wouldn't really harm performance.

I would use foam tape on the either on the intake or strut bar for protection against cosmetic blemishes.

Save your money unless you just want to add something shiny under the hood or have something to lean against. It doesn't increase handling at all, the massive bar visible in the picture you posted is already performing that job...
