how practical is the hardtop if you have to remove the rear section just to get to the trunk. i know our cars dont have much of a trunk but i still use mine. is there a way to incorporate the rear and make a sort of hatchback? i think i saw this on the actual spoon car but not sure on the steps required to do this.
The rear section is held in by two pins, that is all. 30 seconds to take it off. I wish the rear section did open like a trunk. I mean if there was a way to mount some shocks to it, it would work but I don't see how they could mount securely to FRP.

looks great! i dont like how it would be very difficult to remove the hardtop though. that mounting kit is cost effective but not very practical. works for your needs though

Thanks man!! ehh, yes and no, my softtop was vandalized while we were on the honeymoon so some of the money we got went to it.

Im still confused on how to get into the trunk? I mean if you go out somewhere and decide to pick something up unexpectedly can you just open the rear section and then open the trunk in a parking lot or do you need to have tools and remove the entire rear section?
