Stupid Exhaust Question...
So I bought this used exhaust off of a member here, and he said one hangar had fallen off and he'd get it welded back on before he shipped it. Well, he didn't do that. Now, my question to you is, since it's the one closest to the cat, would it be ok to run without it and support the system by the cat and the other 4 hangars, or do I really need it? Thanks.

Sounds like you bought CrankDat's exhaust. Am I correct in assuming this?
I'm sure you will be fine running it like that temporarily. I'm sure it wouldn't cost more than $40 to weld it back on.

Yea, I did buy his. Im not going to go into transactions details, as this is not the place. However, I just got the crack at the y-pipe welded back today for 42.00, so if I go back to that same place, I bet theyll tack-weld that on there for me for no charge since I got charged 30 minutes of time and it took him about 10.

I would get the hanger whelded back on. I mean every exhaust i've seen has that hanger there so I'd assume it's there for a reason. I would think not using the center hanger would put a lot of stress on the rear hangers...
get it welded on. It's reduce vibration greatly on your cat and what not and reduce pre-mature wear on the o-gasket. Also, it'll reduce the stress put onto the bolt so it won't snap as easily.

A drive to the shop to have it weld would be okay, IMO.
But I'd have it welded ASAP.
