Turn the knobs to your right (clockwise) to go to full stiff (16) and work your way counterclockwise until you go back 16 clicks. That'll put you at full soft.

Clockwise is stiffer. The provided instructions recommend that you turn to the last full click clockwise and then turn one click at a time counter clockwise to dial in how soft you want it to be.

You could go all the way stiff. Count 8 clicks back to put it right in the middle of soft/stiff. Then adjust from there if you want it softer or stiffer. just my .02
