Hey guys, I just picked up my 07 ap2 (Laguna blue) last week and I love it so far. I’m coming off an 08 Mugen Si with bolt ons (skunk2 header and exhaust, cai, flashpro). That car was real fun but too loud for my liking, I finally was able to afford an ap2v2 so jumped at the opportunity when I saw this one for sale. It’s all stock outside of the suspension (hks hipermax gt iv coils) and exhaust (fujitsubo rm01a). The exhaust sounds good but is too quiet for my liking. Emissions is really no issue for me so I was thinking of adding a test pipe to see how much it opens up this exhaust, I was catless on the Si and didn’t mind the fumes tbh. I had my eyes on the hks hi power dual exhaust, but figured why not spend a hundred bucks on a test pipe first to see how I like the sound of this current exhaust with it. The only thing is I’m not really sure what size test pipe I should be looking into as test pipes are new to me (the Si’s don’t have them). If anyone could point me in the right direction, I’d greatly appreciate it! Also, I’m not sure if I posted this in the right section, I’m new to these forums. Thank you!
