Tinted tails question
I already have blacked out tails on my AP1 that were painted on the outside. I am switching over to a red out style but I am thinking that spraying the inside of the lens might be better. The paint cannot be scratched and should last longer. Has anyone tried this. I have read that the tail light plastic is notoriously hard to get off without breaking, is this true? Is this any different between ap1 or ap2?
If anyone wonders why the change it because I bought the car with the blacked out lights and I want a little more color contrast on my BB. Plus I think red tails on a black car look great anyway.
I do plan you leave an area open for Reverse as with any OEM red tails you see.

It is really risky trying to pull your tails apart, people say the headlights are really easy compared to the taillights since the lenses are so thin. If your going to do it, just do the outside. They will be fine.
