I've used both and if you are in CA, you definitely want the HFC. While in the car you may not smell the test pipe, everyone behind you will.

All I know is that when I had a tp + boost, I was throwing out great power plus flames lol.

The smell was horrible, esp at traffic lights.

If you are serious about performance gains, tp is the way to go. Otherwise HFC.

Jeez, I just moved here. So this is where my 5.75% state income tax goes

I still have my FL plates...I'm gonna run them out.

Berk HFC. Love it. Good sound, no smell, no guilty conscience. When you look at the grain of the HFC you can see where it is still flowing better than stock, but cleaning as it goes.

ive previously had a testpipe on my car, my reason for going with the hfc is the smell.

i have a HKS dual hi power with a K&N FIPK intake ...love it , sounds amazing!

i want to get the berk HFC...but just concerned that the HFC will wreck the sound it already has that being give it a raspy sound which i dont want!

is this the case?
