Default UK Exhaust Mod Size

I want to get the uk exhaust mod done to my ap1 but i need to get a couple of your opinions on the size of the pipe. i was thinking of doing a 44 MM pipe. Any body running that size with a stock cat. Any other sizes that may be best for sound?

I've got the 38mm on mine. sounds a bit more aggressive than stock. i would imaagine the 44mm would be quite abit louder.

it seems like a lot of people have 38 mm i want to hear it in person to see how much of a difference it makes.

38mm is noticeable but very subtle. 44mm is noticeable but not loud. I've had both. If you're going to put on a high flow cat or a test pipe and won't want to be too loud, the 38mm will be fine. If you are going to remain stock cat, 44mm is what I would go.

I've got 38mm pipe on mine and there is a slight difference from stock. I'm sure it'll be louder once a test pipe is installed. Here is my video of my UK mod, with no aftermarket intake, header, test pipe...it's all stock except the UK mod

This may not be a big deal in terms of difference and maybe I'm nitpicking, but whatever size you get, make sure it somewhat angles into the pipe to assist with the airflow as seen with king motor sports.
