used seat belt locked

Default used seat belt locked
Bought a used seat belt from a minor fender bender s2 on the s2ki it's locked and won't retract any way to unlock it. I did bolt it in and plug it in.

did you bolt it in completely? They have tilt sensors in them and won't retract unless they are at the correct angle. so if you bolted it in 100% then i'm stumped.

Car accident locks them(in a front impact). It is useless.

Was told they actually contain explosives that release ball bearings into the gears .. If I remember correct

thanks guy i figure it worked because it was minor accident and i did bolt it in all the way i thought there was away to to unlock it

Vehicle those came from had airbag deployment. Belts are no good. Sorry
