I've had my V2 for almost 2 years now and no issues with hydrolock even when I take my car to an automatic car wash. From what I've read in the past aslong as you don't drive your car into a lake you should be fine.
V2+tp+exhaust= sounds amazing!!

I'm selling mine:

I just got a K&N drop in filter and drilled holes in the bottom of my air box to increase airflow even a little bit......i dont care what anyone says, you will feel a better pull at vtec and the sound will be better as well. And i have not had any problems with hydrolock with the swiss cheese mod, as long as you dont cut the entire bottom off the box.

Like people said earlier, the stock airbox isnt bad, its just the majority of the engine bay. I personally like the stock look, hence my purchase.

I think thats your best bet if ur not looking to drain ur wallet.... ~$50

Im happy

V2 = $270 vs. Password = $1k+ about the same gains (honestly). more noise from both = both sound cool just get the cheaper one...

AEM V2 CAI to this day is my FAVORITE mod.

If there is same to less gain from stock, it would not matter compared to the beautiful sound you get when driving with it.

Good luck with what decision you go with. AEM V2 gets a from me.
