v2 worth it?
Installed my V2 last night... was a PITA to install, mainly because I didn't have a dremel or anything to cut the plastic trim with... I ended up hacking up the plasty trays underneath the car. Oh well, sometime within the next few months I'm going to order new plastic trays and a new wheel liner and redo it to perfection.
Oh... and it sounds freakin' fantastic!

I love my V2. The sound is amazing. I can feel the power increase, but I did put a larger throttle body on and port matched it to the intake manifold. As well, I have an Esphiler JGT 500 dual exhaust. Sounds like a race car when VTEC kicks in, but I like it loud. I would certainly buy it again if I had to. On take off, I have been able to keep up with a turbo charged 2005, so no complaints here. Under a bridge, it sounds like a stock car. I have had it for 3-4 years, no water troubles in the south, I tend to avoid deep puddles, which is the only way your going to screw this thing up. I also put the Hondata gasket on while I had the intake manifold off. It blocks the engine coolant from going through the throttle body. If you live in cold areas, you probally should not do the gasket, or let the car warm up prior to driving.

somebody has to mention that intakes usually weigh less which always increases performance
