Vented Hood and Rain/Snow!
how about the exhaust manifold(HEADER) specially the stainless ones. doesnt it stain when it gets poured by water coming from the vents of the hood? thanks! like the j's racing spl header. doesnt the color changed on the header? or any watermarks? thanks!
Rain water has alot of random minerals in it that will stain shit if left alone. I'm guessing when the header gets hot, it will evaporate the water and leave behind the minerals. That would definitely change the color?
Rashad, I'm not talking about when you're moving. Rain doesn't get in when you're driving, even if it's a downpour. I'm asking when it's parked, and it rained. You have a garage, I don't. You know how east coast weather is.
Thanks for the tip Beyond, but the time it took for you to type that post, you could've answered my question already. Don't be a search nazi (after all, this is not Honda-Tech)!!
I've already tried searching, but I didn't know the correct "keyword" to search with. My searching skill is nonexistent.

I know what you mean Vinh! lol i've been parked at school for as much as 12 hours in the rain and it's been fine...once your filter doesnt get 100% saturated with water or submerged i think you will be fine.
