Default What to buy to replace clutch?

My car is about to reach 90k and I want to replace the clutch. The car also suffers from the normal clutch buzz and I want that fixed as well. What parts on the list should I order? Is there any other parts I need that's not on the list? Me and my friends are going to replace it ourselves since his dad owns a body shop and we got permission to use his lift.
