Unhappy 06 ap2 engine into ap1..soo lost..Expertise help...

Hey guys
So i blew my motor at the track, rod bearing was shot and anyway, the only engine I could get a hold of was an AP2 engine with the drive by, transmission and ecu.

It is my fault for lack of research, because I didn't think the 06 Ap2 is so different from the 04-05 Ap2. After I have put the ap2 engine, tranny in, plugged the ap2 harness into the ap2 ecu, I realize all the other harness (cruise control, accessories, etc) doesn't fit!!

Now i am using the ap1 harness with ap1 ecu, I swapped over the throttle body but realized the cam sensor and the cam crank plates are different..but the engine is in already...it is such a pain to swap them...is there anyway else around this? Lets just take the AIR system out of the question now, I can deal with an engine light for now...

Can I run an AEM ecu? Kpro? Anything that I can get the engine to run the 06 ap2 engine with a ap1 throttle body? This is such a pain in the butt, driving me insane..
Please help!!!

I would gladly send u guys some beers
Thank you!

Hondata Kpro is certainly a possibility.
I think AEM Infinity is also possible if you configure it correctly.
