I would have no problems figuring this all out but two things are working against me:

1) I haven't got the ITBs in my possession yet
2) My mapping session is on 20th December
3) I'm having major knee surgery in 7 days which will royally fuck things up for at least 3 weeks after I have it.

Any other advice would be useful
