Default BC CAMS STAGE 2

Hi everyone,

There are mixed reviews about the cams, some say gains, others say loss so here is a thread to consolidate the results and determine whether the mod is worth the effort.

I'd like to keep this factual so dyno before and after figures only please.

Please use the following standardized response:

1) Ap1/ap2
2) Tune?
3) Before and after hp/tq figures
4) Other supporting mods

Look forward to seeing the response.

Cheers,

For AP2s do we need to change out the springs and retainers if there are no plans to go past 9k?

Upgraded springs are almost always recommended with after market cams. Its great insurance, I sure as hell wouldn't run a more aggressive cam without beefier springs.

I have BC stage 2 cams and BC valve springs/retainers.

No dyno, but the butt dyno says there was a top end improvement.
