Header Question

wow didnt know my question confused so many people let me clarify
i have this heatshield http://passwordjdm.com/PasswordJDM-Dry-Car...-P2444C467.aspx that goes next to the headers on the right hand side of the engine from what i was told berk headers wont fit because of the shape of the headers and the shape of the heat shield

That should be fine for any header. The heat shield being discussed earlier in this thread is the heat shield that is actually bolted to the stock header, and actually prevents you from seeing the primaries.

for what its worth i didnt notice much difference in underhood temps from the stock header to the ebay header i had... just make sure to leave the "wall" there between the header and battery

I'm about 95% sure this is the header I got... it works well, the only problem is the o2 bung was in the wrong place, if you had stock ecu and wanted to keep the o2 sensor in the header you'd have to get a new one welded in (about $20 bux at a muffler shop)

I just plugged it and put my wideband in the test pipe, no need for stock o2 sensors in my car.

Check the offical header thread. I think Mugen header will allow the heat shield to be used.
