Yes, no immobilizer. Also no air pump, but you will never notice this...

the hondata website says that the 06-09 kpro will cause you to lose cruise control, but you keep VSA.

I have to disagree with this... You can pick up decent power from a tune. It may not always show with the peak numbers, but its under the curve that counts. Your mid range will feel a lot stronger if you have a decent tuner.

Also, for the ap2 guys, you never have to worry about shifting out of vtec again.. With a good header, the vtec will normally end up ~5k rpm.
not w/ 06+ ap2's - you can look at hondata own dyno (stock reflash) - they got ~zero peak gains with just the ecu and only made gains where they lowered vtec.

the earlier ap1's do a little better from what i've read because of the rich a/f in stock trim.

If you re-read the post that you just quoted, then you'll see that i said you may not get peak gains. By "under the curve" i mean everything from low to mid-upper rpms.

The MY00 and MY01's had the problem with running too rich, they fixed this problem mostly with the 02-03 ecu.
