Question New Exhaust. Any advice?

Hello everyone,

Sold my SuperSprint Exhaust and need a new exhaust for the S2000. Currently the car is used more often on track but still occasionally on road at weekends. I bought a new diffuser and wanted a nice combo of both (looks).

The best sound I've ever heard in real life is the J's 70RR Single Ti. However it's single (not the best look) and the price new is way too much (2k+). The Invidia N1 I think would look perfect with the burnt tips in the diffuser but the sound is a bit "ricer". You guys agree? And not sure how it's in therms of performance.

Here is a picture of my diffuser:

Thank you very much.

Have a great weekend!

Yeah the Invidia sounds bad.
I'm guessing you don't have problems with noise limits on your tracks though?
If you like the looks and sound of the J's just get the stainless version instead, titanium in my mind is not worth it at all, they all will brake sooner or later.
Other nice alternatives is T1R or maybe HKS.

This should go under Modifications and Parts.

Good morning Flanders,

Thank you for the input. We don't have noise limits in Portugal yet. So that won't be a problem. Regarding the Titanium versions several persons warned me that they brake too easily.

J's 70RS Dual looks good:

More importantly, a fellow S2KI member is selling his Amuse exhaust.
Amuse R1 Titan Euro 70 22w TI exhaust Dual. The exhaust is modded as you can see in it pictures. What you guys think? If titanium brakes how difficult is it to repair?

Thank you!

It's usually not that hard to repair for an experienced TIG welder.
But if one of the mufflers fails on the inside baffles for example, there is a lot of work cutting it open just to get access.
I had a J's racing titanium on my EP3 and it failed just like that, didn't bother trying to get it fixed so sold it off and I don't think I will go with titanium again
