sillyboybmxer: Bryan helped modify the Berk headerback for me to the HFC version back in December. I did some testing with it up until the law decided to pull a few tricks on me recently. I think I'll be ready to post a complete review/breakdown on the exhaust experience soon.

I got the HFC option, good price used but costs a lot more new! I LOVE the sound, totally used to the sound after like two weeks. WOT is sexy nuts just saying... and i do enjoy the "mature" look of the exhaust, not crazy N1 slant crap, i do wish they made a duel option, wow thatd be sexy, otherwise you cant beat the cost per gain 9.5/10

i really want a dual version too because after i factor in an ap1 bumper/paint and exahust cap its ends up being as much as super nice dual exhaust

I've had this exhaust for 6 months now. At first it was amazing, but since then I've done a few long trips to and from tracks, and the most recent trip(5+ hours) put me over the edge. I'm getting rid of the exhaust because I can't take the volume.

Top up, the drone is really bad from 3k-4.5k. Top down isn't as bad, but it's still there. The tone the exhaust makes is beautiful, but the volume is just too much. I get compliments at autox on it all the time, and it's great there. But the ride home is miserable.

People who say it's not loud are either crazy or already have hearing damage, because this thing is loud! I really struggle to hear my tires on the track, which is a little bothersome.

I'm not knocking the product, it's beautifully made, just not my preference anymore.

Here is a clip from my last track day showing the volume of it.

(if anyone is looking to trade an Invidia Q300 dual for my berk let me know )

i was reading the berk exhaust review and the OP mentioned that to run a headerback its not safe to run lean (i suppose its not safe to run lean on any exhaust/engine combo) but this left a question in my mind, can i run this exhaust safely if its my only mod to the car until now, i dont have an ECU. will this lead to some potential damage in the future removing the stock exhaust/cat and replacing it with this exhaust? i know he mentioned he has a CR, mine is a MY04. any help would be greatly appreciated since i am about to take the plunge and order one of these bad boys.
