Default Test Pipe Question

Is there any advantage to a non-resonated test pipe vs one with a resonator?

non-resonated = less restriction

resonated = less sound (in theory)

I highly doubt it makes much of a difference though. I got a non resonated one since I have seen multiple people with resonated ones that rattle. Over time they come loose inside and rattle all the time and is very annoying. I would just avoid that and get a normal test pipe.

with the previous posts.
Personally I cant see why anyone would consider a resonated TP, at that point why not just get a high flow cat..

TP>HighflowCat>StockCat>Resonated TP.
^ My personal preference by order^

...yes I would rather have a stock over a resonated TP, I think they're dumb.

just get a TP and call it a day. only get a hi flow cat or resonated TP if you need to pass inspection.

for me i got a TP with 2 spacers and i got no CEL at all on my 07.
