Hi Guys,

our cars in Malta are the same as UK ones, ie. RHD AP2 (chassis number is AP1 though) with an F20c DBW engine. I have a K&N FIPK, a Decat, Amuse R1 Titan Dual and J's Manifold, with 4.78 rear end. I ended using an Emanage Ultimate and up until now it suits me fine.

[QUOTE=dres2k,Jul 16 2009, 01:04 AM] i've also asked this before, and I'm still iffy about modding my 07 too much before a tune.

my case is: Fujita CAI, T1R 70R-EM Dual, and i've got a 70MM Invidia Test Pipe in

I have an 07 dbw with f1 headers, invidia test pipe, skunk 2 exhaust, k&n fipk, low temp thermastat w/ redline coolant and about 10% antifreeze, colder plugs and giles emanage ultimate black edition running on agressive timing. The greddy emanage ultimate was by far the best mod I've put on my car. I'm running about 110 octane. The unit gave me mid end to top end all around. Haven't yet to dyno my car, but as soon as these outside temp drop. I will try and get couple dyno runs. I live in the southeast texas area and around noon its gets about 106 degrees outside. Not a good temperture for an S. I've been running this setup for about 2 months with no problems and put about 4k to 5k miles! This is my daily drive S.

Reflash if u can get it done where u are. Wun see much peak gains, gains are predominantly in the mid range.

Hondata K-Pro if u intend to do more work to the car, engine, ITBs etc. And if there's a good Hondata tuner in yer area.

ECU units along with wotever functions and software are important, but more importantly it's how good the tuner is and how familiar he is with the hardware n software of yer ecu choice.

+1 for the emanage ultimate. I had a pretune before Gile gave it a custom one and there was very little differences. I had drop in filter, catback and colder plugs.

hmmm...well first it's header not headers, and 110 octane? so you use one of those octane boosters every tankful?

I love how people can be such dick heads on this board because they are simply uninformed.

On US 27 here in Miami you can get 100, 103, and 110 Octane Race Gas.

104 Octane Booster is the additive.

I'm very interested in that pretuned Emanage. It is a little steep in price, but it's pretty cool how you don't have to mess with the stock ECU(like the Hondata relfash).

Someone mentioned that it's plug and play. How true is that? I'm guessing it comes with a piggyback harness?

It is indeed plug and play, no wiring, no modification. It comes with a properly wired harness.

Are you looking at the chrome or black edition from Holyroller?
