on Tirerack. surprised that 18" is this popular.
275/35-18 = 46 tires available in total, 20 in extreme or max performance
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp...=11&RunFlat=All
285/30-18 = 21 tires total, 11 in extreme or max performance
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp...y=8&RunFlat=All
295/30-18 = 18 tires total, 11 in extreme or max performance
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/Compare1.jsp...y=6&RunFlat=All
BUT they are all REALLY expensive. cheapest (for track use) is Star Spec 275/35-18 at $235 each. NT01 is $250 (from Discountiredirect)

TBD colors from Emilo on other thread..
Colors TBD but what I have tentative are:
full matte bronze
full silver
semi gloss black, non-stick thermal dispersant coating (you read that right)
gunmetal with machined lip
The "nickel" finish you see in the banner ad will probably not make it to the S2K application. A little too blingy.

The 255 will develop more grip on a 10" wheel than on a 9".
I didn't like the feel of 255 REO1R's on an 8.5 wheel. Very nervous feeling from sidewall flex.
can't wait for some 10's
