So can the KW V3's stock valving handle a 628# spring? If so, would it be favorable for me to change my factory springs (515# all around) to a 628# spring? I'm also running a nonstaggered 255 set up at the moment with a Saner bar on the middle hole. I'm currently running on street tires (Star Specs), but would like to jump up to NT-01's in 275/40/17. My 515# springs would probably be too soft for this setup.

The car is really well balanced at the moment and I'm reluctant to change anything, but I know I need stiffer springs to run r comps. If the V3's can handle a 628# spring then I may just go that route.
I might suggest going with 628lb front 571lb rear to put a spring rate stagger in your car in addition to your saner bar. If you are indeed going to 275/275, I might reccomend 628/628, but I have not tested that tire package. I still might go with 628/571.

Yeah, I was considering the 628/571 stagger, but then I figured since my car is currently well balanced per your settings I would keep everything the same except going to a higher spring rate front and rear to handle the r-comps better.

If I end up going 275's all around, I'll pick up the 6ULR wheels in 17x10 +52.

Damper settings make a big difference but having an extra degree of rear camber more than mark is HUGE. I would say that much rear camber greatly increases rear grip and stability but would probably also increase tire wear on the street.
I can take pics of all 4 of my 255 PS2's at -3.5* camber - approx 3k mi, can't tell which side was the outside/inside or even which were front/rear.

Toe has much more of an effect on tire wear than camber...

Right now we have 12k all around on our Challenge Comp + dampers with 255s all around and OEM AP2 sway bars. so far the car has very even tire wear and is very well balanced but with a slight edge toward oversteer, which i like. We run about -3.25 front and -2.75 rear camber most of the time. We may put the rear at around 3 here durring testing.

Thanks for all the info. Very helpful. I am not racing just wanting to optimize for monthly HPDE's. A lot of knowledge from experieced folks on this forum to move up the timeline of developing the car.
