Did you not just read that he's a dentist not a japanese company.

Anyways I'm sure he learned his lesson. It's crazy that it hasn't ripped off before after all the events it's competed in.
Jeez, JDM much?

I am not referring to the dentist. I am referring to the company that makes the product.

Actually, I take back my comment regarding JDM . That was a quick and uncalled assumption on my part.

I'd say having a wing rip off the trunk of a car is a good selling point for the manufactuers

"look how much downforce it creates, you need this!"

since it looks like it tore off, i'd think that phrase should be more along the lines of

"look how much drag I generated!"

that CFRP looks like it has way more FRP than CF in it. you can sell all the chopper FRP strands all over. Good example of a great wing, on a poor mounting surface.

Seems like the ASM GT 09 wing + reinforced trunk combo could be a good solution to avoid this problem, as it spread the load inside the holes and in both directions of the effort, I mean DF and drag.

( sorry, I am not so sure how to explain this in english but I hope you all understand my point!)

Don't you think so?
