Default AIM Integration to AEM EMS

AIM promised this about 3 years ago. Finally delivered. I wish it was for the Race Technolgoy DL-1 though.

It's simple enough to do with the DL1, you just have to wire it yourself. Only took a few extra minutes to run the wires for TPS, RPM, and knock when I did the SAFC install.

I've heard from others that it's a PIA; though I think you're the first person I'm aware of that has actually done it.

I'll be installing my DL-1 later this winter. Mind if I ping you with questions when I get around to setting it up?

No problem. Most automotive sensors operate on either a 5 volt or 12 volt scale. All you have to do is locate their wires, and tap them into the 5V or 12V inputs on the DL1. It's easier if you're already down in there doing something with the ECU, like installing an AEM EMS or SAFC.

From a driver perspective, the throttle position sensor has been very fun to look at in post-race data analysis. My next build will be a bit more complex, and I think it will be interesting to look at it from a tuner perspective to see how the boost is reponding and how the AFR is holding up around the course.

I documented all of the wiring connection for hooking up the sensors to a DL1 in another thread. https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=400862
