Actually, using this chart as a guide, 0.25 degrees would be closer to 0.125 (1/8th) inches.

The chart is based off of a 24" toe gauge. The stock tires are 25" in diameter, so the conversion will be very close.

Looks like the tech did the conversion and correctly did the ~.25" total rear toe as you requested (.46* total as shown). Had he done .25" per side as it seems you were expecting that would have been way too much (.5" total).

I thought .20* ~ 1/8", thereby making the UK recommendation 1/4". Is that right, Tony?

For a 24" distance between measurement points,

inches on one side = 0.42 * degrees on one side
total toe in inches = 0.84 * degrees toe on each side

So it looks like you now have about 0.2" total toe-in, which is close enough.

It's pretty clear now what was causing your oversteer problem. You had toe-out in the rear overall, and it wasn't even symmetric.

Ortho, looks like he had 0.73 degrees of total rear toe IN before.

S2K, with only 1.5* rear camber before, that would most likely be the culprit, as confirmed by the fact that the outermost tread blocks took the most beating. However, I'm a bit surprised that it's the power-on oversteer that's prominent because with power-on oversteer you should get more wear on the inside than the outside tread blocks. It could be that the oversteer already starts during throttle lift. You try to weigh down the rear by applying throttle. At this point, the outside rear had no traction left and just keep sliding. In any case, I hope the increase in rear camber helps your backend hang on on throttle lift and you don't apply throttle too much too soon to break loose the rear end.

Whoops, you're right, I was reading red=negative, but red is just out of spec.

OK well, here it is..

I went auto-x today. There was alot of oversteer and so much understeer I could barely drive... I started to SLOW my movements and SLOW my acceleration and I did amazing.. The back RARELY kicked out (while understeer was still a little bad) I think I might have had too little air in the front. But for the most part the camber DEFINANTLY helped. I'll keep you guys updated and when I buy new front tires to match the rears that should take care of the problem

The stats should be online soon. I'll post them when they do. I won 1st in my class by god knows how much. (I did novice class) But my problem this time was I was driving as if I had racing tires and these just couldn't keep up so I slowed down my corner entrances and my exits and it completely fixed the problem.

Glad to hear it's working out for you. The somewhat large variance between sides in your original settings probably wasn't helping before.
